Made Sophon and Craver juggernaut modules unique equipped
Applied the four +25% hp per CP unlock directly to base ship hulls instead
Increased AM and Quadrinix Lock-On modules to 6/8% damage per CP
Energy and Projectile Enhancers now only apply critical chance to their respective weapon types

Ground Battle:
Applied the ATK maximum deployment back to manpower modules, but made them one per ship
Adjusted Conscription values up to 150/175 for default/UE quest now that they are multipled by system ownership (still lower than base)
Increased Preemptive Bombing damage to 800-1200, at cost of higher improvement/pop kill rate, 75%
