Removed Demonic Tutelage as a potential buff for Demon talent. Just too good.

Reworked the script for the Frozen -> Permafrost bonus for Ice King, hopefully should be less likely for looping.

There is no longer compatability issues with Attribute Insanity or any other mods change the localization, except changes to the talent descriptions I've changed.

Bigger and Better will now routinely check to make sure the status is active.
