Changes
- Changed several perk costs which is now possible on an individual perk basis thanks to RPG Overhaul's update. This should make weaker perks more viable and stronger perks more difficult to get.
- Since this opens up another way to balance perks which would otherwise be to strong (looking at you, Fleche), I decided to remove the perk prerequisites in this mod. This should give you some more flexibility when building your Infiltrator-y soldiers.
