- ReAdded the function to create new lights if none are found, simply toggle a bracelet to fix missing lights; tested on dedicated server and it appears to work properly

Big update! Huge changes to the code. Has been tested and working correctly on Solo, Coop, and Servers.
It still needs testing outside of my small enviroment, so please give me feedback on how it works for you.

I'm leaving the debug messages spamming the console for now.

-Material quantities of Torch Bracelets reduced by half

Reverting to previous version as the new changes needed to be further tested, they are causing more problems than they fix.
