gamestartup:
-new loading screens
-fixed quotes
-wiki guide* (discontinued, looking for manager)

general stuff:
-decision sorting and hiding for better overwiew*
-moved the army xp back and turned star icons into buttons
-spirit anger is round again
-disabled calander for now*
-a few new voicelines (removed the weird fire lines)
-fixes in the songs
-many more texticons in modifiers and elsewhere
-changed rations back to fuel. supply is now rations
-finished general trait tree
-added new admiral trait tree

map:
-new states
-new map font
-reduced the overal manpower by a factor of ~10
-new mapmodes
-volcano modifers, that give a chance of destroying buildings

diplomacy:
-new advisor category, still empty except for nwt and a little fire*
-major spirits, stronger, longer and more meaningful than common spirits*
-centralisation mechanic, that influences laws and vice versa

air nomads:
-unique air nomad flags
-council mechanic with missions and custom interface
-pasang as sat leader, new monk as nat leader

firenation:
-decision about the royal family with a custom interface*
-decisions to reclaim old colonies
-reworked the dragon hunt* (yet to be improved)
-conquest plans are now dependant on the players choice for sozins character

earthkingdom:
-earthkingdom decision tab
-struggel over puppets and control in the ek*
-dai li decisions*
-fireation threat decisions, including guarantee with watertribes
-icons for the buildup missions
-reduced ba sing ses influence over the south
-if ba sing se cooperates with the firenation regarding the colonies, the western ek can start a rebellion against it

air nomad catastrophe:
-reowrked the entire mechanic
-now available for fire and earth nation
-in case of fire execution, the firenation starts a preparation
-in case firenation declines, the ek can plot it with the dai li to still get its benefits
-when the comet arrives, a 3rd country is spawned to hide the true perpetrator, allowing for roleplay and headcanon
-custom gamerules to define ai path for those events

technology:
-new tech backgrounds
-custom melee tree tech icons
-upgradable melee infantry equipment
-custom ranged icons
-upgradable ranged infantry equipment
-new 1.11 trains to support units
-completely reworked construction tech
-added inventions*
-added a branch to the industry tech
-added localisation to most tech trees
-finished the doctrines icons and renamed the folder
-added 3 new doctrines in the war council*

economy:
-updated resource icons
-added 6 comodity resouces
-added expenses and taxes and changed consumer goods
-population demands food and consumer goods now, depending on its size and other factors
-bonuses for well supplied popualtion
-removed state resources, added resource deposits
-new buildings to exploit deposits for resources
-small and big military and naval factory with different outputs
-new industry buildings to convert resources to comodities
-manufactories are severly nerfed compared to tax gains
-changed the settlement to be a supply hub
-removed the harbour as a small naval base
-cabbages business build up, but destroyed again
