Added a 1986 Monte Carlo, a van variant and offroad versions of the '71 C10 and the Cherokee.
Also adjusted some spawns and shit like that.

Fixed some stuff with the swat van, oopsies!
Updated the mod image at the request of a fan!

- The sound stuff should be fixed
- You should now be able to use large AND small metal plates to fix parts
- The SWAT truck has been redone to make it more unique
- The windows in the Crystal Ship has been temporarily fixed (I just removed them since they were glitchy and you wouldn't be able to install them)
- Made the CRX a two seater
- Added trailers to more spawn areas, they should still be pretty rare, though
- Added a few more vehicles and a trailer

Currently, like the RVs, it's just for storage and passengers, but I'll be working on adding stuff to it.

Added a Buick Wildcat.

Adjusted the El Camino's trunk area.
