Added a new intelligence trait "Hyper Intelligent" it replaces the older "Genius" trait at a higher point cost.

Fixed the "Biologically Immortal" to actually do what it says it does. (Thanks Not Tsundere)

Fixed a ton of internal errors.

Started refactorization of all the files and code. It should help me keep things more organized and let me introduce less problems going forward.

Balance tweaks:

The intelligence modifying traits Genius, Gifted, Stunted, and Retarded are halved in effect. The new Stellaris economy system lets the player optimize much beter and science is more impactful than the previous major updates. This led the intelligence traits being way more impactful than intended.

This will hopefully make the positive traits less completely over powered and the negative traits less abysmally bad.

New traits added:
I added some experimenting traits to the game. They give +/- 10 points or +99 points. They are considered cheat traits so AIs won't randomly pick these traits.

Living Planet overhaul.

The Living Planet modifier now adds custom features and blockers to the capital planet.

>Custom features added to better control Living Planet experience
>Energy, Mining, and Agricultural districts are now maxed out at 15 instead of a randomly based on features.
>Custom blockers take up majority of district slots and can be cleared at moderate expense

Still expect bugs and stuff. I am not 100% sure how the AI will react to the changes. It seems ok but I think more testing will be needed.

Fixed a bunch of issues with the Living Planet trait. The planet now remains stable through end game and no longer spirals into having too many pops compared to production. I also boosted it's defensive ability against invasion as it's the only planet the player may have. Doubly so as it's a high value planet to take.

Fixed a few other issues with the Intelligence traits not boosting or nullifying the engineering research speed.

Other misc bug fixes.

Food bonus removed. Do to percieved AI improvements and new planet system AIs don't need it anymore. Sorry to anyone who relied on it.

Early upload for Patch 2.2. Mostly compatible. A few few additional traits added. Some traits that significantly change gameplay are still in need of balancing or bug fixing.
