- Changed Turian Hierarchy into Citizen Stratocracy
-- Ethics from Fanatic Xenophile and Militarist, into Fanatic Militarist and Xenophile

-- This should make them closer to the lore while still keeping their AI Personality of Honorbound Warriors

Redesigned all the prescripts across the board.
- Alliance - changed to remove Militarist Ethic since they keep becoming Democratic Crusaders as AI
- Asari - changed to Meritocracy
- Salarian - changed to Environmentalist
- Turian - changed to Oligarchy with Meritocracy, also changed Palaven into Arid, same as the Quarians (base)
- Elcor - changed Dekuuna into Trophical, so we can live together
- Vorcha - changed to be a bit Democratic and Egalitarian, since we have too many Authoritarians
- Drell - remodelled into Evangelising Zealots, and given them Imperial Cult, now they are more interesting
- Yahg - changed Parnack into Desert
- Collectors - changed Collector Base into Alpine
- Rachni - changed Suen into Tundra
- Thorian - changed Feros into Continental
- Angara - changed them into Fan Pacifist instead of Xenophile
- Kett - changed Sarhesen into Alpine

The changed in planet classes is half about balance and half about lores. Basically, most species should have similar climates, except for some to be biologically separated like the Volus. Turians are changed to match the Quarians as they share the same dextro-amino acid (except Quarians have Life-Seeded for their poor immunity), and the villains have separate climates.

Also, as you know, I am from Hong Kong. Today, we have hit International news as we resist the Extradition Bill to China. And... coincidentally, after the mid-night, it's my birthday.

So, I have really mixed feelings as I type this note. I am looking for a diversion from the stress I guess.

- Fixed Remnants of Rakhana so that they have returned to become Spiritualists again.

- Broken up prescript files into multiple files
- Changed order between Salarian Union and Turian Hierarchy
- Changed order between Clan Urdnot and Migrant Fleet
- Fixed ruler clothes for Salarian Union and Turian Hierarchy, due to last updates of changing clothing selectors
- Changed various civics and ethics in Systems Alliance, Cerberus, Salarian Union, Turian Hierarchy and Angaran Resistance
- After the arrival of the Kett, the galaxy is too scary, so now the Remnants of Rakhana have taken a step back to become a Bandit Kingdom instead of Fanatical Purifiers
