Global ammo reserve and ammo resupply nerf.

.500 Magnum ammo resupply down from 5 to 2.

1851 Navy ammo reserve down from 60 to 30.
1851 Navy ammo resupply down from 12 to 3.

Mateba ammo reserve down from 60 to 48.

Lowered recoil of Unica 6.

Fixed a bug where the Unica 6 would not play its reload sound during a certain time.

A few nerfs.

Reduced reserve ammo of .500 Magnum from 25 to 20.

Reduced ammo resupply rate of Unica 6 from 12 to 6.

Increased recoil of Unica 6 by a bit.
