Updated soundscripts, added fun little admin magnum named The True Magnum, added flag and oddball.

Updated the base weapons to use base weapons (lol), jokes aside, modified original bash base to use the sounds from ce (No conflicts will arise, i promise), addition of (newsounds) magnum which uses anniversary sounds. There are NO upsides to this weapon.

Updated Projectile speeds (needler, plasma rifle), Right click functionality for melee (all weapons without scope), Nerfed explosion radius of rocket launcher (Increased Damage of Explosion), Increased Explosion damage of FuelRod Cannon, Removal of unnecessary weaponry sounds from all weapon melee.

Removed horrible wip halo 2 weapons, reverted to halo ce only. added melee for all weapons but fuel rod cannon.

Updated the looks of the BR and fixed the Carbine's inside of its clip. Added the Plasma Rifle. This weapon shares the same projectile with the CE weapon, since that makes the most sense.
