- SORRY got numbers mixed up when changing friction, so just a quick hotfix for that so should be correct again.

- tweaked restitution. Cars might be a little more tied by friction, but I discovered recently that it's very hard to spin out AI at top speeds without this tweak
- lowered speed threshold for derby modes
