Ammo box bugged (from game updates) then unbugged
Feb 25, 2021: Dystopian Devastation (v1110) Broke maps with ≤3 ammo box spawners on HoE+Hard, and ≤2 ammo box spawners on Sui+Normal.
Jun 2, 2021: 🚀 Interstellar Insanity 🌒 (v1114): Un-broke ammo boxes and weapon pickups.
"• Fixed an issue where the only weapon pickups available was the varmint rifle when there were 4 or fewer spawns on a map."
Didn't mention ammo boxes being fixed, and they were, or that the varmint rifle weapon pickup was unobtainable prior to being fixed.

• KFSpawnVolume settings changed:
- 7 Large spawns and 1 Boss spawn
- Max Spawn Markers: 12 → 16
- Desirability Mod: 1 → 2
- No ZAxis Dist Penalty: Ticked on
- Min Distance To Player: 200 → 0
- Max Distance To Player: 4000 → 8000
- Spawn Derate Time: 30 → 20
• Removed:
- Excess pathnodes
- BlockingVolumes previously on walls to prevent clipping
• Map rotated so 2011s will stack instead of split
• Floor & ramp textures changed to brighter wood
• SYG is the whole map instead of just the rug

• Shrunk rug
• Added SYG objective to rug/spawn
• Moved first 3 Player spawns near wall slightly
• Added 5 KFTrigger_ChokePoint, 2 on each side of the bowling pins, 3 on the ramps
• SpawnVolumes along the bowling pin wall now only spawn Medium ZEDs and lower, the out of sight SpawnVolumes will still spawn larges/boss

• Changed SpawnVolumes' Min Distance To Player from 1200 → 200 to avoid zeds from not spawning with multiple players hugging both sides of the lane
