Reduced assembler tractor speed, it was causing bugs for people on 30hz physics cycles. No, I will not reduce it further so you idiots can use 15hz. If you're using 15hz then you need to re-think your life.

Fixed multiblock drone, after arthur broke it somehow magically. Note that colour bug still isn't fixed, this is something else entirely.

New faction: Reds!
- Hull types: Ultralight & Hardened, available in 1-3 and 1-2 scales respectively.
- New hull shape: pentagon
- New shields: Small & Medium Quick-Charge
- Thruster sizes: 1, 2, 3, 4... all 20% more efficient than terran thrusters!
- Hardened versions of generators & tempest
- Repulsor beam!

Changes:
- Terran drone: NOW MULTIBLOCK! Gun velocity 600 -> 800, 24p -> 36p, turret burst size 3 -> 5, turret rounds per sec 4 -> 3.75, lifetime 30 -> 40, replicateTime 3 -> 4
- Mortar exploderadius 60 -> 65, frags range 200 -> 65
- Functional parts no longer have any R capacity

Buffs:
- Railgun turretspeed 2 -> 4
- Missile launcher 48p -> 36p

Nerfs:
- Core stats revamp: mass 14 -> 70, 20p -> 25p, powergen 300 -> 100, thrusters removed
- Flak exploderadius 30 -> 25

NOTE: THE DRONE COLOUR BUG HAS BEEN REPORTED, WE ARE WAITING FOR A FIX FROM DEV MAN.
