Updated Leaderboard with best scores that I have witnessed.

#1 - Fixed some rocks that were floating.
#2 - Made the top/risky shot more consistent
#6 - Added a reset area to an area that was not leavable
#14 - Adjusted a play area near hole and made right side ramp easier
#17 - Fixed an incorrect play area on far right side

* Added a leaderboard.
* Hid 18's teleport from hole 2
* Fixed pipe on 5 (would rarely stick)
* Added arrows to 11 to be more obvious as to where the hole is.
* Removed waterfall goal from 12 and 13 to prevent cheating the holes.
* Fixed 18 daylight reset cheat
