Overhauled skybox and fixed some visual issues

Fixed some minor geometry issues, removed railing (temporarily?), repositioned and rebalanced reprogrammed floor turrets, and touched up node graphs

Overhauled navigation, opened up a room, changed how the Combine board the ship to make a bit more sense, made Odessa actually hide and not be stupid for the most part, made the teleporter spawn a rebel every 45 seconds, removed dropship because it was buggy, upped combine spawn count, added a debug room, added details, and added a start button

Skybox is now skypaint, meaning GMod entities can modify it (also to match the fog better), reduced the ammount of Combine

Major overhaul to the ship aesthetics (now actually resembles the Borealis), greatly improved NPC navigation, possibly improved performance through unorthodox metnods, re-balanced emplacement guns, removed frostbite

Made it so ammo crates are only from Half-Life 2, not Episode 2, edited the on screen text after Odessa dies to reflect current version of this map.

Fixed some issues, made it so Odessa can't leave the bridge or mount the guns, added difficulty over time, minor tweaks

Fixed a bug with rebels having their weapons changed, did some material tweaks, changed how NPCs are spawned and how Combine behave after spawning, improved performance in some areas

Made teleported-in rebel's weapons semi-randomized, actually made the dropship killable, hopefully improved performance in some areas, added a somewhat hidden RPG crate, and minor tweaks to textures and brushes
