I've decided to finally rewrite the sonic screwdriver's structure, so it can be extended with modules just like the TARDIS. I also added basic TARDIS Rewrite support.

Added a colour choice making it independent from physgun colour. In tracking mode the beeps are more dynamic - the closer you are pointing to it the faster it beeps until you're actually pointing at it where it will beep 4 times a second (0.25 delay between each beep). All TARDIS interior controls (including monitor/door) can be now be used just as if you were pressing your use key on them.

Added ability to unset TARDIS destination. Unset a TARDIS destination exactly the same way you'd set one, but hold your walk key too.

Added support for TARDIS tracking. Hold walk key + attack2 (normally alt-rightclick) to set a entity for TARDIS to track.

The ability to lock/unlock SCars has been added, but for some reason the sonic viewmodel disappears entirely when you do so. Switch to another weapon and back to fix it. Admins can now override the TARDIS anti-link feature.

You now must hold Alt (or your 'walk' key) to link or unlink a TARDIS.
