moved trinkets into COM and CC files, should allow class to load without those DLCs.

CC Trinkets, COM Trinket, and Collector Head added ... now i have to figure out if that means COM and CC are required now or not. probably the shield has reflection.

removed dependency for town event so Spartan can appear in stagecoach (even before event somtimes).
