Added a new vehicle (check the images).
Added additional skins and bodygroups for the Panzer IV (check the images).
Improved physic of the Panzer IV.

Improved wheels and treds of the Tiger II.
Added skins to the Tiger II (look at the screenshots).
Added skin to the Panzer IV.
Added bones to the Panzer IV and the Tiger II.
Fixed sizes of both Panzer IV and Tiger II.
Other minor bugs have been fixed.
