-Added old menu buttons (including recreated Call Vote and Addons buttons)
-Added old menu sounds
-Join Game / Next Objective / Survival Mode HUD textures
-Old infection sequence ambient (mixed with the vanilla file to match the length)
-HL2 ammo pickup sounds
-Original main menu music (4 unused tracks)
-Loading screen music (from releases before v1.07)
-Changed some default loading screens
