Updated the targetVersion in about.xml to supportedVersions of the specification of 1.0.2150.

Fix :
Fixed it by patching newly that disease treatment was displayed on the operation menu at all times.

Initial upload.

[HARD version features]

Adjust:
Increased death rate due to failure of surgery.
Adjusted the cost and skills required for surgery.

New:
Added four human diseases treatments.
Added Cure flu to Normal Surgery.
Cure plague, Cure malaria was added to Hard Surgery.
Cure sleeping sickness has been added to VeryHard Surgery.

Animal disease treatment was added. Medical skills and animal skills are necessary to treat animals.
"Cure animal flu" was added to "Normal Animal Surgery".
"Cure animal plague" was added to "Hard Animal Surgery".

Change:
"Cure cataract" has been changed the difficulty level to Hard from Normal.
"Cure hearing loss" has been changed the difficulty level to Very Hard from Normal.
