Changes:
- Fixed an error where I added the bionic toe recipe twice and didn't add the bionic finger recipe.

Changes:
- Removed the Birds and Bees compatibility, as it caused erorrs due to how RecipeMakers are loaded. I'll probably readd it at a later date.

Note that using Birds and Bees alongside this mod is still perfectly fine, it's just that Bionic Reproductive Organs remain crafted at the component assembly bench rather than the bionics bench.

Changes:
- Replaced Energized Components with Advanced Components since EPOE no longer has energized ones
- Added (bionic) replacement fingers and toes
- Moves Birds and Bees replacement genitals to the correct workbenches
- Restored synthetic skin and mending recipes from B18 EPOE. You can no longer repair crushed or shredded body parts, however.
