Forgot biled textures ^^,

1) added light warp texture to hair
2) fixed hair transparency (doubled hair mesh) ((may look a bit weird because of alphatest 1, but otherwise it makes no sense, so here it is as it is))
3) deleted decompiled files, so .vpk size reduced a bit
