Fixed CleaveSabre not counting for SabreStat passives.
Added Gotcha Redux flag for Psi Bomb.
Fixed MassBarrierProtocol not granting shields.
Fixed Shadowfall Fusil not granting concealment on kill
Abilities that added a percentage of base damage as elemental damage now completely convert damage to that element.
Numerous Abilities that were sort of converting damage have similarily been improved. (ie. acid attacks with a fire weapon can now damage robots)
Fixed Rupture Bullet with Demolition Blast not destroying multitarget cover.
More Dakka no longer reduces inital hit damage, but second hit does much less damage.
Bullet Arts are no longer able to target something immune to thier damage type.
Various lance and cone psi attacks no longer ignore cover.
Change the PsiAim formula to make aim improve faster at low psi. slight buff outside of strange psi values.
More dots can be expunged (Hypothermia, Radiation, EleriumPoisoning, RequiemCorrosion, PsiRipple, ChaosAnomaly)
PlagueNodule now counts as undead but cannot be targeted by Control Undead.

Added 4 new abilities (MZSafetyOff, MZCarversArt, MZScarTissue, MZTakedownShield)

Soul Tap is now a free action that gives 1ap instead of costing 1 and giving 2.
Fierce Mien should no longer cause soldiers to sometimes appear to uselessly shoot thier gun at approaching enemies.
Viper Blood no longer grants buffs while in curse clouds. It wasn't mentioned anyway.
adjusted several smoke perks to consider various other kinds of smokes.
Dogpile and friends should no longer be able to interrupt the attack that triggers it.
Bleed Grenades now also apply 1/1/2 stacks of agony.
Corrected an UIMarkup error that was causing bleed and curse warheads to not correctly indicate thier larger radius.
arcBoostMove will now also cleanse immobilize.
Fixed Field Of Zero not granting it's shot as an additional ability, causing it to not work.
anger strike will no longer trigger on the same primary target as a move-attack. yes, this is a nerf.

added 9 new abilities.

probably fixed an issue that caused Grenade Trap to ignore the range bonus of an ekuipped launcher.
changed the order of effects on Detonation Shot to try and fix an issue where the fuse might not happen if the target is killed.
standardized blind effects to all share the same config setting for vision mult. also gave them a Blind damage type.
fixed a config error that was prolly causing Last Stand to not work. oops.
changed Boulder Crush's stun to root. which is what it does in the game it's inspired by.
Kinetic Rescue now additionally cleanses root/jail on the target.
HP costs will now say that you don't have enough health when that's what's preventing them from being used.
Updated Bleeding Claws, Serrated Fang and most bullet arts to use a new properly stacking Bleed effect.
High Agony Arts now causes bullet arts to apply a stacking effect that increases DoT damage instead of just boosting the art's DoT damage.
fixed a bug that prevented Anger Strike from being created properly.
fixed curse grenades not doing more damage at higher tiers.
further lowered priority of triggers for dogpile attacks.

added 22 new abilities.

HP costs should now say ability unavailable instead of missing localization when you don't have enough HP left. which prolly isn't much more helpful.
Pistol Dogpile no longer needs an action point to trigger.
Pistol Dogpile is no longer uses melee hitcalc.
Flame Focus will now also give less focus for units with reduced kill contribution values (ex. lost). this is instead of checking for the headshot effect.
Fixed bugs causing a few passives to appear as activated abilities.

Fixed a bug that was preventing social dynamo from existing.
Fixed a bug that caused Fond Farewell icon to show up among activatable abilities.
Added Friendly Name localization for Shoot Out Chaser.
Fixed a bug that prevented Spray and Pray from damaging multiple targets.
Plague Spear now creates small poison clouds around targets it hits.
Blade Rave, Bullet Rave: no longer have slightly reduced damage.
Neural Feedback can no longer trigger multiple times on the same target in the same turn. (solace, psibomb bullshit fix)

Fixed a bug that was causing Unscarred's offensive portion to be calculated based on the target's status.
Added a couple failsafes to help prevent hardened shields from reducing damage to 0.
Blade Grasp: units that do not use the will system will be treated as if they have 20 will.
Regenerate: no longer triggers off DoT damage/etc, and amount healed reduced. turns out it was crazy OP.
Ruby Curtain, False Life: Cooldown can now be configured. (default 1 just prevents using multiple times in one turn)
Fixed Reblossom not displaying a passive icon.
Fixed Deadly Haze being permanant.
Fixed a config error that caused Storm Fusil to basically just be regular pistol shot.
Added config for arcthrower abilities to works with Bstar's Quick Zap. but Spare Battery is apparently hardcoded so neener neener.
tweaked grenade range effect, still has room for improvement tho.
