NOTE: There are various code of this mod have been change in this update. Maybe should start new game.

- Add Support Chinese Language on Random Name and Name List (75% Complete).
- Add earned or losing shares energy by destroying enemy ship or capture planet (CPU Authorities only).
- Add Event for some shares edict such as "Pudding", "Take a Bath" and "Cosplaying" (see image above).
- Add Psionic trait when start with Chiyukitalian without have Utopia DLC or not choose Transcendence (to resist the AI crisis since I can't fix the AI invade on their leaders).

- Change Chiyuki into Ecumenopolis when choose Land of Space Advancement civics (can be use even never enable Megacorp DLC much like Keeper of Knowledge Fallen Empire).

- Delete overwrite vanilla civics file so this mod will not touch them anymore but CPU Authorities will automatic reject those Vanilla civics until find other solution to fix.
- Chiyukitalian ruler will spawn with female only.
- Add new war goal "Section 39". This is Ultimated Chiyukitalian total war similar to Treaty of Hiiragi war goal that will happen when some player destroying Curator Enclave. The Section 39 will allow Chiyukitalian annex any outpost and planet while the enemy will have Humiliated only so any outpost and planet that annex by Chiyukitalian can't take them back.

- Add "Hatsumi Sega" as advisor voice.
- Fix the Ruler when getting a negative trait that they were not for ruler.
- Nerf Chiyukitalian Component and Mammoth MK 2's damage to 30% stronger to most powerful component in the game.
- Add Dogooman and Dogoo women portraits.
- Fix Sega Hard Girl Personalities when AI never accept Non-Aggression Pact and Join the Federation.
- Remove defines folder.
- Improve some text and description
- Change Goddess of Flame from destroy entire star to burn the planet instead.
