Added:
Increased effectiveness of base game potions and all healing items, including regen items.
Gave TK's better access to healing, via improved lord upgrade rally, improved realm of souls, and a "minor" heal added to the protection spell.
Finished adding fatigue modifiers to existing buff/debuff spells that should feasibly have them.
Added various additional modifiers to most of the lore passives. Rebalanced passive durations to account for fatigue changes, extra healing, and damage.

Balance:
Reduced healing spell effectiveness a second time for Life and Vampires lores due to the changes in their passives.

Incorrect fatigue change values for various debuff spells corrected.

Added fatigue modifiers to a few more appropriate spells, such as Transmutation of Lead.

Balance:

  • AoE healing spells from lore of life/vampires reduced to 400 HP/s, durations normalized to 10/20s for unupgraded/upgraded spells. This is a nerf for Vampires and a buff for Life.
  • Regrowth upgraded HP/s reduced from 900 to 400.
  • All AoE healing spells normalized to 40m radius.
  • All healing spells have had minor fatigue restoration added.
  • Revivification crystals given 10s cooldown cost, heal length reduced to 10s. Heal strength increased to 320 HP/s, added minor fatigue restoration.
  • Many debuff spells from various lores have had fatigue debuffs added to them to compensate for the new fatigue restoration attached to healing spells.
  • Howling Warpgale has been given a 15s cooldown as a quality of life improvement.
  • Pestilent Breath Upgraded has had damage values reduced to 26/26AP.
  • Winds of Magic base starting amount reduced from 90 to 75 to increase the need for recharging.

To-Do:
Add the remainder of DLC12 item-bound magic to mod.
Do another pass of special_abilities_phases table to ensure no bound spells aren't in line with standards.

Added:
Sphere of Tepok entries added to unit_special_abilities_tables table.

Balance changes:
Increased effectiveness of revivification crystals because somebody reminded me.
Removed usage restriction for Sphere of Sotek and revivification crystals.
Removed cooldown for revivification crystals.
Increased cooldown for Sphere of Sotek to 30s (gotta pick those rocks up again, boi).

Completely remade the mod from the ground up!

Compatibility improvements:
Dozens of unneeded lines removed from various tables.

Added:
Lizardmen DLC rocks added to mod. Because why not add the magic rocks? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Lizardmen DLC lord/hero abilities added to mod. Don't let Kroak tell you it's hard being green. He's lying.
Skaven Warptech DLC lord/hero abilities added. Expect some tweaking in coming weeks.
Skaven spells and abilities now use a Base-13 system instead of the original Base-12 system (stats are all multiples of 13 instead of 12) used by IM2 wherever possible. Skaven playability is expected to increase 1313%.
Bound item spells included in mod now. See balance changes.
Black Ark spells are now included. There is now a good reason to upgrade their spell buildings.

Balance changes:
All bound items' spells should now be in line with their mage-casted counterparts. Those without counterparts were remade with other spells in mind. Assault of Stone has been remade entirely in response to the rumors of Skaven development of the Doomrocket.
Certain spell projectiles have been nerfed from the original IM2 values, Gaze of Nagash and Vindictive Glare, in particular, have had impact AP damage reduced due to the extreme number of projectiles. Explosion radius on Vindictive Glare increased slightly to give goblin shamans better anti-troop abilities at low levels.
Vortex spells have been rebalanced around one another so that there are no longer massive discrepancies in effectiveness between vortex spells. Expect great things from Dwellers Below and Banishment now.
Line spells have been reworked, with tweaks to width, damage, and (where applicable) explosion stats.
