Nerfed the amount of experience surgeries give. Only tested it with "cure frailty," but it should be the same (or thereabouts) for all of the surgeries. Cure frailty returns about 1600 experience points as opposed to the several thousand it was rewarding before (I believe this was due to the amount of Work the surgeries took).
