Various minor tweaks and bugfixes.

- Added a fifty-year option for supernovae.
- Tweaked several solar system initializers.
- Improved nebulae in post-supernova systems.
- Supernova remnants (black holes, neutron stars, and pulsars) will now properly manifest their modifiers.
- Various other minor improvements.

- Tweaked spawn rate for primitives in supernova systems.
