Added alpha raptors and carnos. Added partical effects for alphas. Added elemental weapons.

Added more dinos. Set Water Argentavis to be able to go underwater. Modified Argentavis movement capabilities. Modified carry for Quetz.

Made an extension of cryoballs that do not cause debuff upon use.
