Changes

  • Increased duration of wyvern breath attacks (not beam attacks).
  • Progress items should no longer be pulled from inventories - by reputable mods.
  • Ammo should update on essence weapons.
  • Durability of elemental swords / sabers tripled.
  • Diplocaulus now have predator vision (alt attack / right click)
  • Elemental reapers added (create a potion, drink it, endure the pregnancy, and have the baby - just be sure to have some pheromones handy)
  • Omni elemental mantis added (changes element depending on weapon). Gather mantis scent from mantises by crushing them with elemental golems.
  • Colorization - all dinos have different ranges of color.
  • Crystal crafting resource requirement halved.
  • More hunters spawn at night.
  • Fen, Glacial, Storm, and Vapor essence drops from hunters.
  • Fen, Glacial, Storm, and Vapor grenades added.
  • Grenade crafting resource requirement fifthed.
  • Option to disable elemental feedback added to ini (DisableElementalFeedback=true will disable it). This is when a non-elemental attacks an elemental - if disabled nothing will happen.
  • Options to change night terrors added to ini.
  • Colorization on ALL spawning dinos. Your tames may look weird (esp if you tamed them during the Easter event). Use the dino storage to respawn them with different colors. The ability to do this will be disabled next weekend.

Changes

  • Elemental Spyglass now shows base resistances (not hybrid resistances).
  • Elemental dino storage - use this to correct the status component issue (level 1 tames) - respawn wild dinos to fix wild.
  • Tiny wyverns, juvi dragons, and adol dragons now fly and handle more smoothly.
  • Repairing certain items will no longer cause the server to crash - thanks to Dc for finding and reporting.
  • Swords will now allow harvesting of corpses.
  • Stone Wyverns and tiny wyverns can all harvest corpses.
  • When riding a hybrid elemental at night, beware; for the night is dark and full of terrors.

Changes

  • Lantern creatures, otters, golems, and dragons should no longer have HP adjustments from being cryo-balled.
  • Elemental Narcotics should no longer be considered normal narcotics.
  • Reworked kibble should work on elemental creatures.
  • Oviraptors should now be targetable.
  • Air quetz drag weight increased (can carry rex sized creatures).
  • Fen and Glacial golems now spawn. Get their core to craft your own.
  • Dragon juveniles will now fly and land when you do. They will also fly after flying targets.
  • Dragon juveniles can no longer be cryo'd (would reset their progress, otherwise).
  • Counter-element requirement greatly reduced.

Changes

  • Fixed air otter jump issues.
  • Fixed structure placement boundaries.
  • Added icons for new elements.
  • Tiny wyverns should no longer flicker. Their size was increased to get past the "visible" calculation of the UE4 engine.
  • Reduced size of lightning debuff.
  • Owl saddle added to unlocker.
  • Jump issue from lantern air buff - no more jumping into the skybox (although, it was funny imo).
  • Luminescent essence extraction now costs charge (300 by default). It can only be extracted from the large variants. New option added to pets to prevent extraction.
  • Infuser inventory default blueprints should no longer call in sick.
  • Incarnate loot tables adjusted.
  • Buff icons added for the new element types.
  • Storm golem spawn chance reduced (90% during rain / 10% otherwise)
  • Adolescent dragons (next form from Juveniles).
  • Allos should no longer allow you to walk through them. This was a stasis octree issue - we did not do this nor do we know why it happened.
  • Elemental Cryo-balls no longer lose charge.
  • Can shoot bolas from one-shot rifle (basic) or rocket launcher (chain). Yes, it is exactly what you are thinking.
  • Added Nature/Water basilos. Water is not affected by depth.

Pushed spawn update - Dinos should spawn in areas related to their elements now. In an effort to get everything to spawn on the island, some creatures got a little lost from their home worlds.

  • Storm golem boss. Defeat it to create your own
  • Spawn ini setup. All base dino tags can have _[Element] appended to them to control the spawn rates. For instance Raptor_Fire would control fire raptor spawn rates.
  • Lantern pets will not supply their buff to the same element.
  • Emergency update due to WC server update.

New

  • New narcotics.
  • Ini settings in google doc.
  • Small elemental incarnates. These can only be injured by creatures smaller than a Rex. They will deal critical damage to any creature as large as or larger than a rex.
  • Elemental affinity - assign an elemental affinity to any non-elemental dino with Incarnate kibble - dropped by incarnates.
  • Dragon juveniles - tiny wyverns can now grow into their next form. To do so, have them hang around rock drakes and/or wyverns of their element until their affinity reaches 100%. Hunting on a wyvern/rock drake while carrying a tiny wyvern will increase its affinity quicker.
  • Brontos, Paracers, Rhinos, Trikes, and Stegos all have utility inventory.
  • Elemental shields (Ctrl+F2 to toggle UI)
  • Stone wyverns can collect materials (like an anky). Stone rock drakes can collect materials (like a doe).
  • Air Gasbags - greatly reduced stamina/gas consumption and zero fall damage.
  • Managarmrs - greatly reduced stamina while flying. Attack damage increased.
  • Phoenixes - fire based and can be tamed with fire/ice crystals or sulfer (base).
  • Siege and Entrancing Chalicos added. Siege ranged attacks can damage metal. Entrancing ranged attacks deal high amounts of torpor. Both can be set to perform ranged attacks only (if not following anything). If they are set to follow anything, ranged mode will be disabled.

Fixed
  • Lightning wyvern same team damage.
  • Yuty and carno relationship. They've resolved their differences.
  • Incarnate meat fills affinity for growing creatures.
  • Manual elemental creatures (incarnate kibble) no longer receive feedback.
  • Catalyst crystal crafting queues.
  • Bred otters can now carry what they are supposed to be able to carry.
  • Giga skin LoD issues.
  • Lantern pet damage scaling - scales by attack.
  • Never stuck functionality. Pistol is fully functional.
  • Juvenile dragon's fascination with water. They should fly in circles by the shore for a reduced time. They should also land as soon as they can and only fly when they are low on health.
  • Moth bite attack rate increased to a reasonable level.
  • Tiny wyverns that are able to grow should now have the radial menu option (interface firing issue).
  • Transparent models removed. We may bring this back, but the way the models are setup makes this a frustrating challenge.
  • Dragon noises (quieter and less frequent).
  • Dragon breath size reduced.
  • Turret plant particles should no longer stay forever.
  • Parasaur turret damage scales by weight.
  • Tiny wyvern affinity should no longer reset on server restart (this applies to new ones only, unfortunately).
