Fixed Cycle Mission Soldiers Only not working correctly with controller.

v1.06 : "Evac Carry Only" caused VIPs to make the game crash post mission.
v1.05 : Added Controller Support for "Show Research Unlocks"
v1.04 : Added "Show Research Unlocks"
v1.03 : Added "No Single Use Items" & "SoldierBonds". Fixed Evac Carry Only not marking EVAC'ed VIPs correctly causing mission failure. Fixed GateCrasher failing because of "InstallNewCampaign", not sure what impact this might have on other parts of the mod.
