quick small update to the Black Legion tier 3 flamethrower's range. Range was not right and was set in as the same range of the tier 2 flamethrower. Tier 3 has been adjusted to the right range now.

good upload... fixed a small issue in the ini where the Black Legion Raptor M1 was not set right in his force levels.

UPDATE: Black Legion now has Melta Weapons that they can start using mid and late game. Melta Weapons are set up to give them a greater % to hit the closer they are. At farther ranges, they get negatives to hit (keep that in mind) Meltas also shread armor and have a 45% chance to set you on fire. Meltas were designed to kill tanks by killing its armor ;)

They also can now do some Bleed damage with their Chain Swords and Axes.

They now have their own base of operations. Their base will be randomly placed on a continent. If you are on that continent, youll see an indicator that it's there somewhere. To track it, youll need to do covert ops missions. This base acts just like the Chosen, in that the continent it's on, will give them a 50% chance to spawn in ANY mission you do on that continent. If you find and take out the base, the Black Legion will still continue to randomly show up but that % will drop back down to base game %s. To find and alter this % yourself, look in the mod's XComBLData.ini file.
