- Replaced the TEK Quetzal with the right one

- Sadly Snow Owl re-mapping has been removed because of Predator Buff was not working and crashing servers
- Added a new Creature called Speedy Snow Owl with the ability of allocating points into movement speed for it, but it has no ability to use Predator Buff
