Deleted the script for maximum compatibilty with the Last Stand update. A proper update will come later.

* Rebalanced script for less ammo and more damage
* Reverted from T1 SMG back to T2 Sniper Rifle
* Removed that ugly flashlight
* Added shell ejection

Now uses AWP reloading sounds instead of Scout's. This is important for the upcoming sound addon.
