Added compatibility with the planet types added New Worlds unofficial expansion. This is not required, but the traits will adjust these planet types' habitabilities

Hydrophobic no longer gives a habitability penalty to antarctic.

Amphibious no longer has a habitability bonus for antarctic worlds.
> The whole idea of antarctic worlds is that despite their extreme cold, they don't have much water or ice.
