fixed destroyed parked heli trigger.
changed lighting at respawn point.
edited tasks text.
changed tasks waypoint to all use comabt zone waypoint.

Fixed Fuel storage tanks objective.
Added radar and satellite objective. Changed base around.different lights. Tinkered with ai patrol routes.
Changed to arma3 vehicle respawn system.
Altered recruit ai system menu texture.
