Fixed the recipe so that the Hookah creates a Hookah instead of the Hanging Lantern.
Added the "drunkenness" effect to the Hookah

Fixed the Hanging Lantern to actually create a Hanging Lantern instead of the Hookah and vice versa
Fixed the Lockpick and Tobacco Pipe placement issues.
Implemented a new height adjustment blueprint for both ships. (Please report bugs)
