- Difficulty scaling between waves has been decreased on normal/hard

- Removed extra enemy spawn time when playing with 2/3 players
- Reduced the chance of heavy SWATs getting LMGs
Idea behind the spawn timer/squad size changes is for there to be a consistent 2 enemies per player with all squad sizes. This should reduce deathballing when playing with small squads. The extra respawn time for enemies when playing with small squad sizes was designed to accomodate this differences in the player:enemy ratio, and has been removed since there is now a consistent 1:2 ratio across all squad sizes. There is still a +20s enemy spawn time delay when playing solo.

- A sound now plays when a police Counter-Strike begins when music is off
- Reduced music volume
- Difficulty is now annouced at the end of the heist along with the total secured loot
- The Briefcase is now worth $150k
- Moved the drillbag closer to the Vault Area to make it easier to find for first-time players
- Added a warning that shows up on the screen when erasing the security footage to prevent players from accidentally starting the van escort
- Added a [Point of No Return] chat message that displays after erasing the security footage
- Fixed Engineers not getting the 2x interact speed bonus when interacting with saws and drills
- Removed Juggernaut switch speed penalty
- Increased caltrop damage by 10 (20 -> 30)
- Increased caltrop snare time by 1s (4s -> 5s)

- Combined some breakable glass surfaces to reduce entity count

- Removed 4 barricadable windows from the Upper Cubicles (2F) area
- Removed a banner with bugged lighting outside of the bank
- Increased the delay on how often players can get downed to improve stability. This will result in players sometimes being able to fire a few extra shots off before going down.
