Fix for mission start dialog being broken. Now you can talk to any SE leader (ie Cat-lon or his advisors) and they will tell you where to attack next.

beefed up the stats for free mercs in Cat's exile. now they all should have 90+ stats to help players deal with the 4 advisors a lot easier. still really hard tho from my testing.

Fix to prevent Cat from asking you to go after the UC to early.

Also seperated SE bounties into its own dialogue package. Extremely high potential for bugs in the future.

Update! A big thanks to Mr.Monobraue for his list of things to fix in bug reports. As well as Freonyx that made me notice the domes needed some extra world states added.

FCS Bugs

Triangle Bandits Town Override Bug
The Triangle Second is supposed to take over The „Ark“ from the Reavers once you kill them and likely he will also do that no problem but the town also has overrides for the Second Empire that do not take into account if the Triangle Second lives or dies so if you have already fulfilled all the requirements for the SE takeover to take place then it will just skip/override the Triangle Second’s takeover and you will never be able to kill him. Just adding the Triangle Second’s death as a requirement for all the SE takeovers of the „Ark“ should fix this. All the other Triangle Bandit takeovers seem to work fine though. - Fixed

The Debugger
Trying to raise your relation with Dome II trough the debugger actually raises your relation with Dome I. In the FCS everything seems to be correct and i have no idea what the problem is. If you are going to try and fix this then I’ll recommend doing it last because it is guaranteed to cause madness. - Don't how to fix so skipped

Ashland Dome Ruin (Override)
Two of the Metal Towers are completely empty which seems odd. Adding two SE Police Stations to the settlements residents list fixes this. - Fixed by adding 1 crossbow shop and 1 police station to the SE version of the ruins

Cat-Lon’s Exile (Override)
The interior layout of the resident: „Outpost IV Bar (SE)“ needs to be changed from „Skeleton Bar“ to „Ashlands Bar“ otherwise there will only be an empty Outpost s-IV building. - Fixed

The interior layout of the resident: „Outpost Armour Shop (SE)“ needs to be changed from „Gear Shop“ to „Armor Shop“ so that it can even spawn in. - Fixed

The Resident: „Outpost V Barracks (SE)“ should also be taken out of the residents list for that particular town override because the building it wants to spawn in (an Outpost s-V) doesn’t exist in the town and it will override one of the shops if it has higher priority. - Fixed

Ashland Dome I
No Hydroponic Stormhouses Spawn into this settlement even though they are supposed to. The Resident: „Stormhouse Hydroponics (SE)“ has it’s interior layout set to „hydroponics“ but there is only a „hydroponic“ interior possibly preventing it from spawning in, it also has „Banners“ set as exterior layout but there is no such thing associated with the building this might also be the cause so i set it to „No Entry“ instead and finally i added the „Metal Storm House“ as a liked building. Doing these three things fixes it but maybe not all of them are necessary. - Fixed

The Resident: „Stormhouse Mechanical Shop (SE)“ has it’s building name set to „General Shop“ instead of „Mechanical Shop“. - Fixed

Ashland Dome II
The Resident: „Metal Warehouse Checkpoint (D2)“ is set to spawn as part of the Second Empire faction causing massive infighting in the area upon arrival removing that faction tag allows it to spawn as whatever faction the Town belongs to (Dome II or Second Empire). - Fixed

Ashland Dome II
The Resident: „MWH Mechanical Shop (SE)“ has it’s building name set to „Construction Shop“ instead of „Mechanical Shop“. - Fixed

Ashland Dome IV
The Resident: „Longhouse Slavers (D4)“ as well as „Gate Guard (D4) is set to spawn as part of the Second Empire faction causing massive infighting in the area upon arrival. - Fixed

All 4 domes need extra world states to make sure that before the advisors are reset they'll spawn correctly. - Fixed

Building Bugs
Cat-Lon’s Exile
Two of the innermost Outpost s-III buildings need to be lowered a tiny bit to make them enter-able. - Fixed

Ashlands Dome Ruin (The Western One)
Two swamp shacks are placed to diagonally making you unable to enter them they need to be angled more horizontally. - Fixed

Ashlands Dome Ruin East
One Swamp House is not connected to the ground and needs to be lowered. - Fixed

Ashland Dome IV
One watchtower, is always blocked by rubble and not enter-able it needs to be turned a few degrees away from the rubble. - Fixed

Update!

Added 2 additional bars to Cat's Exile to ensure there is enough seating for all bar squads. One is a metal wall house chosen at random and the other is the only non broken Ashlands Dome on the outskirts of town. there are now 3 bars! good luck figuring out where X NPC is at without running all over the place!

Added the Ash king's home to all versions of Cat's exile to allow players to deal with Savant before resetting Cat's advisors.
