minor changes to the SE leadership dialogue that'll hopefully reduce the number of repeats for the conquest of Catun

Changed the player dialogue for bringing in lord shiro to account for if he is dead or not

Reduced all 'beak bot' spawns to be a 1% chance (formerly 5%) of 1 to 3 (still the same) beak bots appearing

Sniper Tower's residents for Renain is a crazy musical chairs mess. While comedic it still needs to be fixed -Hopefully Fixed
