Mostly bug and balance fixes. Added Cultist Training Ground event and corresponding relic.

Added Kaom's Heart, Nostalgia and made Baby Byrd's purpose clearer.

Added Lifesprig and Ritual Dagger (relic).

Hotfix because I forgot an & and this would mean Ritual Dagger would become the strongest card in the game.

Added a limit to Contagion's energy gain and made it a little weaker. Baby Byrd now has a little more personality. Implemented an options menu to allow players to choose if they want a weaker version of the Poet's Pen.
