Too Many States v0.07 "Irish Midday Naps" was released!

Changes:
Spain, Portugal (mainland), Western Sahara, Spanish Africa, Ireland (including Northern Ireland) have been redone with lots and lots of states!
Slight changes of borders from v0.06 "Baguettes and Lasagna", in the Pyrenees area.
Norwegian state names changed. Credit renaming thread
Some swedish/danish state names changed. Credit renaming thread
Added some dutch VPs. Credit renaming thread
Fixed weird bug where you could build coastal forts inland
Updated mod image
Updated Discord server icon
Added some of the weird core-release state things back to normal (N. Ireland, Istria/Zara)
