Set version compatibility to 3.*.* to prevent the warning about mod built for different version of game. It was tested (briefly) to be working both on 3.3 and 3.4. Please be aware this mod may stop working with future game updates, despite not complaining about incompatible versions.

- updated descriptor for version 2.7.*
- added minor_artifacts for the extra resources group
- moved the extra resources group to the base game file, just like Universal Resource Patch did. All thanks to the new launcher with mod orderign I finally learned about :)
