Adjust Heidrun icon and sounds

Heidrun was very ignorable comparing with Hekka Giants. Now does 225% damage to buildings instead of 125% and Special Ability does 140 crush damage instead of 110

Demeter GP provides now speed to units instead of damage ( was very overpowered )

A few text issues

Patch 1.9.1

Fenrir was to strong, stronger then siege. His damage is now reduced to 30 hack damage instead of 35 and 10 crush instead of 15

Heidrun cost 300 Wood instead of 300 Gold
Heidrun normal attacks deal 30% more damage to buildings
Aesir Sparkle provide 50% more damage to Heidrun instead of 40%

New custom SFX to Avalanche and new sound effects
Avalanche indicator still with a bug, so using the chinese Tsunami indicator

Sobek changes:
Siege Camp is also easier to build with Sobeks Shedet Tekhenu tech
Blades of Faiyum provide now 65% damage to heroes instead of 50%

Ourea Changes:
Ourea Stream of Vigor cost adicional 10 favor. This was to strong for mid game

Vidar Changes:
Vidar Dainsleif was to overpowered. Jarls are now out of the picture, Heroes are 10% faster to train instead of 15% and finaly, damage to myth units back to 100% instead of 150%

Asgard Steel like Dainsleif favored Jarls that made the unit very overpowered. Now the bonus is just in Pierce armor and for Huskarls only. Reduced the favor required from 18 to 15

Demeter Changes:
Demeter Spring Harvest will no longer reduce the farms price but gather food from berry bush is now 20% instead of 15%
