Rear license plate lit texture changed, in the future the rear light will be removed.
Chevrolet Suburban added.
Minor adjustments to max speed, armour, and engine horsepower of all vehicles.

-Planned fixes for next update; AS helicopters known bugs, tahoe & suburban window indestructibility, rear license plate light removal.
