Fixed Stem the Flow crashing game when upgrading.

Redid spell effectiveness so 1 of the power is 25 percent. Magic missiles dmg changed to 3 without upgrade and 5 with upgrade. Overcharge changed to 13 without upgrade. 18 still on upgrade. Removed splinter, the effects was too strong. Swapped out manablast for Scindo Spellstone which has the same spell modifier except on exhaust, exhaustive 2, and drained 1 on play. Moved focusing blow to common. Added Blank scroll. Added Stem the Flow. Added Blood Bulwark. Added False Life.

Added Overcharge. Added Liquidum Scroll. Buffed Ritual of sacrifice to 7, and heals for 25 percent of slain enemys hp. Added 2 base hits to magic missiles. Air prison removed. Existing runs with air prison in the deck will crash.

Moved some cards to different rarities, Nerfed Echo, now its a 1 energy give 1 additional cast upgrades to 2. Added red color to negative spell effectiveness on cards. Added Lightning Blade, a 1 energy card that deals damage equal to amount of thunder you have, and draws a card when upgraded. Made conversion a rare and give 100% spell effectiveness per split now. Changed eldritch to be a 2 energy 1 when upgraded spell effect apply 5 poison and 2 weak. Reworked Lightning bolt, now deals 6 damage 9 when upgraded to all enemies, and has spell effect deal 5 damage. Reworked mirror image, gain 6 block and spell effect gain 5 block when upgraded.

Made Defend look nothing like wolverine on a staff. Changed Icicle blast to be a skill that gives you thorns based on your block.

Added Enchanted Strike, Added Focusing Blow, Made Open Mind drain 1 and ethereal, upgrades to not ethereal, made Escalation cost 2 instead of 3 and drain 1 instead of 2. Focused now doesn't exhaust but changed back to 25 and 50 before and after upgrade. Inversion now says that it will exhaust, Split moved back to uncommon.

Focused now buffed to 50 percent. Thwack now exhausts. Manablast now costs 1 less and gives 1 drained. Reworked some numbers so mirror image and freeze now give the same block total before spell modifiers, and lightning bolt and thunder now give the same damage total before spell modifiers. Added Inversion, a rare skill that makes all your negative spell effectiveness positive. Barrier of light now gives block based off of your max hp. Added splinter, another card that gives you access to additional casts. Added beta art for all powers, added Amp Spellstone, another card which gives you access to spell effectiveness

Changed Meditate to remove debuffs instead of giving energy. Nerfed Thwack to now give a debuff which causes you to gain less energy at the start of your turn. Added Escalation, a 3 cost rare that doubles the first spell effect you gain each turn

Did some bad beta art, changed the way Eldritch does its modal choice code wise, functionally it shouldn't be any different. Added Conversion, an uncommon skill that turns all your additional casts into spell effectiveness. Spark has been changed to Arcane Barrier A 1 cost card that gives you block on your next spell as well as negative spell effectiveness. Any current runs will find that spark has turned into Madness.
