New changes!

Sorry for the back and forth, but after some thought I decided to go back to the old version of Saiyan Heart. While I do acknowledge the concern of optimal play including "stalling" I decided that the implications of having to think about purging debuffs during battle is more engaging than simply going to the path with the most elites, even though thematically Saiyans wanting to fight stronger enemies also makes sense. To compensate, I've given the character a higher base health pool of 64 HP and reduced the turns that the Saiyan Heart is active to 5 instead of 7.

New cards!
* Expend (Skill): Spend Ki to gain Energy!
* Plot Armor (Power): Gain Block whenever you play a Power card.
* Warm Up (Power): Gain Energy whenever you play a Power card.
* Remove Weights (Skill): Temporarily gain strength this turn, retain 1 card.

Changes!
* Reset now costs 1 mana. I decided the 2 mana cost was too steep, I'll monitor if the power is too large.
* Planning: Was doing too much for card manipulation, Planning is now always 0 cost, and upgrades to not exhaust: Fetch a Starter or Follow-up from your draw pile.
* Makankosappo: Now applies DOUBLE your combo in concussion stacks.
* Dragon Balls: The wishes have been modified slightly. "Vanquish" now deals more damage. "Power" has been very slightly nerfed.
* Made a code change to make ALL Power icon images now look a tiny bit better :)

Fixed quickening crashing the game when looking at its upgraded form.
Fixed a possible bug that might make the art for some cards (ony the art) from other mods to appear on cards of this mod (or vice versa).

New version! Tons of changes. Hopefully good :)

First of all, a reminder that even though I released the mod to the workshop it's still an early version so it's subject to changes, like the ones you will see down here, until I feel like it's in a good place.

Incoming in this version:

Changes:
* Dragon Radar non-upgraded energy cost buffed to 1 (from 2)
* Starting HP is now 57.
* Saiyan Heart (starting relic) was reworked: Before it gave you 1 Max HP and 3 Temporary HP whenever you successfully purged a debuff, the new version gives you +5 Max HP whenever you defeat an Elite or Boss monster, so go elite hunting and get super powerful.
* Thirst For Battle now also draws 1 card.
* Extreme-speed was completely changed, it now is: Draw 1 card every time you gain Combo.
* Planning now doesn't give any Ki, but it allows you to Retain 1 card after your turn, additionally the Upgrade was buffed to cost 0.
* Medicine is now an Uncommon (was rare): Gives you 1 artifact, 2 (3) regen and exhausts on use.
* Instant Transfer now: Costs 9 Ki on both upgraded and non-upgraded versions, but the Upgrade now also Draws 1 card.
* Minor buffs and nerfs to a few other cards to account for the changes above.

Bug fixes:
* On some occasions, Kamehameha would stay as 0 cost after casting another Finisher, this *should* be fixed.
* Power Stance was giving you 2 combo stacks when using a Starter move.
* Defiance should properly stack now.
* Upgraded version of Dragon Radar had an incorrect name.
* CC Capsule description was incorrect, is now fixed.

Plus probably a few other fixes and changes that I'm forgetting here!

I will keep adjusting and making bug fixes as I am able to (and as I get more reports). I am aware of a few bugs with senzu bean that unfortunately I haven't yet had the time to fix, but I'll work on those ASAP.

New version with a couple priority updates:

Bugfixes:
* There was a bug when loading another character when you had The Saiyan loaded, that should be fixed. (Sorry about that)
* The Bomb should no longer crash the game, and should now work properly.
* Planning wasn't exhausting on its unupgraded form.
* Final Flash description was missing the Ki Consumption.

New:
Double Masenko has new VFX (will be enhanced/changed but I wanted to push this update asap).
