Balance Changes:

- Removed 'Decaying Skull'. Added 'Rotting Skull' instead, which reads `If your HP is at or below 50%, gain [E] at the start of your turn.`
- Buffed 'High Heels' - no longer adds Clumsy.

Wording:

- Changed wording in 'Tabasco Sauce' to make it more clear.
