Fixed a typo in crosshair code.

Crosshair code moved to SWEP:DoDrawCrosshair, removed unused variables and calculations.

Network: Changed bullet impact effects networking method. This fixes a lot of duplications of particles on a dedicated server.

Famas: Fire sound in burst mode is now synced with server.

Glock-18: Fire sound in burst mode is now synced with server.

Effects: Removed hl_impact_3, hl_impact_4, cs16_smoke_impact particles.
Effects: Bullet impact smoke particle updated. Now it's uses original texture. Added 3 original variations of it: default, concrete, wooden.
Effects: Bullet impact secondary spark particle updated. Now it's uses original color and doesn't appear on a wood surfaces.

Network: Fixed an issue with bullet impact effects not work on a dedicated server. Thanks to Oteekswam for reporting this.
Network: ConVar cs16_sv_impact is now replicated to clients in multiplayer.
Compatibility: Renamed some functions to avoid conflicts. Thanks to Raffine52 for reporting this.
