V2 Update
The focus of this update is to address clipping issues.

Clipping issues
The spiral staircases are a prominent feature of the map, but the old geometry couldn’t be clipped due to the inner radius of the staircase being too small making the incline angle on the inside stair more than the 45 degree limit to allow player ascension. In order to address this we have had to overhaul parts of the map whilst paying close attention to travel times between specific points.
  • Spiral staircases have been reworked to suit the engine limitations whilst incorporating clipping (using the ‘_Rf_’ method as detailed in 3kliksphilips’s video.
  • Added new escalator prop to comply with 45 degree limit of climb.
  • As such, CT Spawn has been reworked.
  • Signs and cameras at stations have been clipped on top to prevent boosting
  • Clipped off T Spawn so you cannot boost out the map
  • Tube train tracks have been clipped at both A & B platforms.

Lighting
  • We noticed an inconsistency between the lighting on our different pc’s, we have rehauled the lighting with preloaded global variables in hope for better consistency! (as per tophattwaffles bootcamp video)
  • Added some lighting effects

Cover
  • Added more pillars to A long.
  • Deepend bombsite A alcoves and removed benches to allow for quick cover
  • Deepened many false door recesses to act as cover.
  • Added alcoves to B overhead walkway for transient cover
  • Station B has central signs to act as additional barriers.
  • Shootable Barrier Props have been added to both stations

Minor tweaks
  • The ‘CT to A’ tunnel has been removed for simplification as it was not useful after the first 15 seconds.
  • Adjustments to above A ‘workman’ area
  • Removed collision from many wall lights
  • Added ‘latticework’ prop support to silo walls
  • Made ladders easier to get on and off!
  • Reworked Station A Vents for better use
  • Tunnel end caps now props
  • Added storage area in mid-stairs top
  • Some tight corridors have been widened
  • Made water slightly less deep
  • Made Bombsite A more red, and B more Grey/Blue (also bombsite letters
  • now coloured red or blue)
  • Trigger_Bomb_reset has been used throughout
  • Brightened up OP mid tunnel CT spot behind the boxes
  • Ticket turnstiles now 'beep'
