Several engrams of the pestle and mortar should be fixed. For some reason the DevKit unreferenced those resources in their remapped engram.
- Replace your Pestle and Mortar, otherwise the engrams may not show up in it.

Narcotic Engram is now fixed.
Angler Gel now has its intended effect on standing torches and wall torches.
Special dropped meshes added to many items.
Meat should now properly spoil into Spoiled Meat.
